Valuable treasure & health plan to upgrade schemes
1. When Enlanda Mattress users require upgrading, check if there is any upgrading on (B) volume label and the legal volume label (A) returned by users, including price, model and specification. Remark: the factory price adjustment of the same model is exclusive of upgrading
Check the warranty card (A) brought by the user, legal label and the purchasing invoice (when purchasing) and accept them. Users are required to fill personal data on the warrany card (as required), including telephone number and etc.
When users pay for the mattress (B), 10% of par value of mattress (A) can be lessened as the upgrading preferentiality to dealers.
The newly purchased mattress (B) is marked with “upgrading done”.
Please fill the VIP User Privilege Application Sheet, with all returned data in Clause 2 and photocopy of voice of the newly purchased mattress and an upgrading sheet, which are mailed to Far East Market Department to check warranty card, legal label, invoice and photocopy of the newly purchased mattress (B) to verify. Time: within 15 days after delivery (the delivery time on the order shall prevail).
Upon receiving all effective files listed in Clause 5 delivered by dealers, Enlanda’s Far East Marketing Department will inform the dealers in writing and refund to the dealers for upgrading.
The refund can not be deducted from the payment for supply without authorization. The refund must be granted after the goods payments have been settled.
In case of quality problems after upgrading of mattress (A), for warranted items in the warranty card, Far East Market Department of Enlanda continues to offer chargeable services.
Products with special prices or promotion are not entitled to enjoy the services.
Valuable treasure program:
After you have used the Enlanda mattress for many years (at least 10 years), and you want to replace it with a new one, please join in the Enlanda Valuable Treasure Program for VIP users, with details as follows.
A refund of 1000 yuan in maximum will be offered when you purchase a new Enlanda mattress against your legal label (10% of the legal label). Specifications of the newly purchased product and the former legal label shall include: the model and dimensions must be the same or improved. No matter how much you have reached with dealers, please deliver the former legal label to the valuable treasure dealers.
Products with special prices or promotion are not entitled to enjoy the program
Notes:
Enlanda mattresses attached with legal label and warranty card shall be original.
